Don’t lower your standards just because you’re polyamorous. Not every partner needs to fulfill every single one of your needs but they should still live up to your basic standards and criteria for a good relationship. Bad communication and emotional support, lack of understanding for your problems, disregard for your feelings, ect ect are all totally good reasons to break up with someone. It doesn’t matter if you have other partners who are good at those things, all of your partners should be there for you.
